Montrium Connect

Project Overview

A positioning site for a life science SaaS company taking on a billion-dollar giant. Montrium offers an eTMF (electronic Trial Master File) platform built for small-to-medium life science teams, a smarter, more affordable alternative to Veeva Vault, the industry's dominant but expensive solution. The brief was clear: build a site that confidently positions Montrium against Veeva without sounding defensive, wins trust through transparency, and converts decision-makers who are tired of overpaying. The audience is sophisticated, clinical operations leaders, compliance teams, and CFOs, and they need more than a pretty page.

Scope of Work

Webflow development, competitor comparison design, and conversion-focused copywriting strategy. I designed and developed the full Webflow site with a heavy focus on competitive positioning. The centerpiece is a side-by-side feature comparison table that makes Montrium's advantages unmistakable, without being aggressive. I also built out the feature sections, customer testimonial layout, and a "When to Consider Veeva" module that actually tells visitors when Veeva might be the right call. That kind of honesty builds serious credibility. The entire visual language was kept clean and enterprise-appropriate: no hype, no noise.

Final Outcome

A site that converts by being the most honest thing in the room. The finished site positions Montrium not just as a cheaper alternative, but as the smarter, right-sized choice for the teams it actually serves. By acknowledging Veeva's strengths rather than hiding them, the site earns trust early, and converts prospects who've already been burned by bloated enterprise software. With a 96.8% customer support satisfaction score prominently featured and a comparison table that lets the product speak for itself, the site works hard for every demo booking it generates.
